aye yup a lovely owd p6 in a shitey brown colour so she was lol,
irember falling outa love with it and then slashing the seats drenching them with the hose pipe & then filling the tanks with water it weighd in on the scales for a bout £40, iwent out with the £40 and bought another car :)

that must have been when the scrap value was low, a car like thats worth about £200 in scrap now, but even so it must have been in a bad state to deserve scrapping.

cars where cheap back in 90s farmer p
scrap value was £25 for most cars people filled them with old bricks /flags to get more money out of there weigh in,

there is a big difference to scrap value now - iweighd a 53 plate renault slaguna in and got £250 for it off the yard :cheesy:

i have a cousin with one, just a shell at the moment, i dont see what all the fuss is about they were never much special, and any rally event is full of them, makes it hard to know who is who when at a rally.

the mk1 Escroats are worth pure coin ,
there a good old car as a lot of old ford lumps go in them with abit of modding they can be made into a quick motor,
theres not many knocking about for sale or id buy another one seen a 4 door model for sale but they look shite, iwouidnt fancy filling the back door gaps and handles to make one look like a 2 door, :(

they are all right, but a lancia delta is better.

All fiat group, but why the delta was a superb rally car ie the original boxy one. But then i suppose the one after it wasnt just as great.

lancia deltas dont rust, a lancia delta with rust is as common as a rover k series that kapoot.

aye that is a good example of a very much loved lancia ithink who ever did own one back in the days when they was the Bs and Es soon got very quickly bored with trying to find a Gear They sufferd with gearbox problems the boxs where shite just like the good old Alfas,

this things juts one of the bog standard ones, the integrale ones makes a huge difference to the delta. I dont think this old thing will be much good, and there cant be much good scrap metal left in there.
