Electric windows problem

Good morning, I am owner of a Peugeot 406 1.6 from 1998-1999. Recently, I noticed that the electric windows (front ones) only work when the engine is running. However, when I simply turn on the car without starting the engine, the windows do not function, although they used to work before. The first thing that comes to mind is a fuse problem, but I am having difficulty understanding which fuse needs to be replaced from the diagrams.
