Add comfort module

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Add comfort module

Post by 486 »

Is it possible to add comfort module to close windows after remote lock? The car is latest facelift (2004). I heard that it is part of BSI and when not installed originally, it is impossible to add it later. Is this true?

I activated it on my old 2004 executive model, but it didn't work... Other locking extras did, but not that :(
I think on some it has though - does your remote locking work?

I seem to recall a long while back over on the coupe club they found that it could be activated on early D9's but on later cars a lump of electronics had to be added. I think they cribbed it from Passion (the French 406 OC)
