Wiring fog lights for tow bar electrics

Hi Folks

Has anyone got any ideas how to get the fog light power down to near side rear light cluster for my Towbar electrics? I've found that it is supplied to offside boot hinge from a multi core cable running along offside roof level.
Or does anyone know if there is a wire carrying fog light power near the nearside light cluster?
