Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

If i change the module for the keys that is situated under the areal and buy 2 plip keys is it just a matter of changing the existing with the new one?

Thanks

If you're talking about a D8 RF then it will work, as long as they all came from the same car to start off with.

I know as I have done just that, although it was only one plip I changed. The actual key can be removed from your orginal plip and put into the new one(s).

If you find that the automatic immobiliser unlocking doesn't work, carefully check the loom leaving the keypad for broken wires.

hi scotty,

So first of all yes mine is a D8.
secondly i do not have a key pad in mine.

So you think this will work cause what i found was the module that stick under the antenna with two plip without the key. All are as a set.

Thanks,

Brendon
