The slower the engine is turning, the more of a beating they get. Starting and stopping the engine gives the DMF it's toughest challenge.

That's why I asked him because he does short journeys!
The 5 pots will pull hard from 1100rpm so it's quite easy to unintentionally labour them.

....it just hauled itself along somehow....that's when she said it had a 'cronky gearbox' I would like a 'meat' at some point but I'll be too dead from other commitments on that same weekend.
