Drivers Seat replacement

Post by Maranman »

:cheesy: And while I am on such top form due to copious quantities (hic) of Cider.....

Will a D9 drivers seat fit into a D8?
Anybody Tried / Failed / Succeeded :?: :?:

I can seem to find a D8 seat for love or money and mine has snapped = MOT failure

Cheers
Graeme

NB: I did not snap it - I AM a LITTLE overweight but at 85Kgs thats NOT enough to break a chair - repeat after me: Graeme is NOT a fat git / bastard....

There was quite a bit of talk about the rear being different, but no-one mentioned the front not being the same.

Try a quick search, I think James did a seat swap (D9 into a D8 saloon)
Remember - it only takes a few inches of water to drown a 406 don't make the same mistake I made! The V6 Exec is no more.

The seats in the Xantia were the same.
The upholstery will be different but you can swap it if you really want to.

Cheers
