Leaky aerial?

I have water coming through in front of the front interior lights. Is this the seal on aerial? a bit of silicone do the job? Also why 2 aeriels, rubber one at the back and longer one at the front? Just wondering! :cheesy:

Looks like silicone does the trick. No idea why youve got 2 aerials? :?
