Fixing memory and heater to non memory seats

Hi
My seats has heater and memory buttons with memory ecu that control the mirror and the seat.. But the leather is bad.. So i bought another set of leather seats, but unfortunately it didn't have memory and heater, any idea if i can move my old seat memory and heater back to the new seats? Any diagram or advice?
