Hi guys
I am having a problem with my passenger seat not reclining. It is an electric seat for starters. It moves back and forward but there is no movement on the tilt action. When I try to adjust the tilt of the seat the motor whirs away quite merrily, but there is zero movement in the seat itself. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Re: 406 coupe Passenger Seat fault
Hi mate, under the seat are 4 motors ( 5 in a Coupe.. ) which control each part, the 5th on a Coupe is for the auto-glide when you want to access the rear seats.
Each motor has a sort of splined cable, a bit like a flexible drill bit, which links the motor to the movement - these have been known to pop out of place.....
