Ok all i could of sworn i had seen something on this on here but for the life of me i cant find it so if someone knows where its hidden or can supply the answer i would be greatful.

How do you remove the rear parcel shelf on a D8 with the sunblind ect as my earth on the boot light is dead, unless there is an easier way at getting to the ground point??

Look at the bottom of the rear speakers (from inside the boot) you'll see they have black plastic caps. Unscrew them like you would unscrew the top off of a bottle.
Then, lean your back seats forward and remove the pop fastners on the forward edge of the shelf. It should then lift out with some encouragement.

I had a thread on it when I replaced mine, but it seems to have vanished
