iuse, turps on arag for tar spots/removal,

some say thats not wise, but it works for me,, ithink is included in the Mix of Most car polish anyway
so carnt see it doing any harm,

for bumper trim and plastics, ifind Baby oil does the trick but it only seems to last aweek or so before it dulls off again,

I can remember way back when i had my MK3 Capri's i used to use old engine oil on the bumper plastics,it really did work well!

Yup it works well but smells abit, :lol:

Irember my mate trying to sell a Astra estate, paint was dull & faded it put people off,
other than that it was anice car,

itold him to give it a wipe over with an oily rag, it looked nice and shiney after that 8)
told him to tell the buyer to keep it out of the rain :supafrisk:

I used to find if a used too much oil the flys and midges use to stick to the bumpers :lol:

I remember my girfriend at the time had some nice white jeans on and walked to close to my 3.0s front bumper and....................................,i wasn't flavour of the month! Even Aerial automatic at 30 degs didn't help me,one way to get her jeans off tho! :roll:

I couldn't afford it if I wanted too. I'm looking what? £2,000 for yours maybe? Then an extra £500 insurance for the 110 :|

£2000? I wish. If I thought I could get £2k it would be gone already. Back in September when I was supposed to be getting that 520i I wasn't even looking for that much. Is it really an extra £500 for the 20bhp on insurance though? That's shocking!
