Ah bollacks
feckin snipin tool is shite,
Good olde H@ynes mentions some destruction methods,
trimming off a bracket, so perhaps a hacksaw might be needed

Is it leaking or just blocked?
If it's just blocked is it possible to swap the inlet/outlet pipes round, this can sometimes clear any crap out of the matrix and then dump the coolant and give it a flush.

I've done this before. Proper way is a dash out job. But it should also be possible to do it just by removing the passenger side floor console side panel, glovebox and the plastic housing behind the glovebox.
This plastic housing is the one that causes headache, because it is secured to the dash by screws from behind.
I found it very very hard to access and remove 2 of the screws that are closest to the aircon system housing.
Some people took shortcut by cutting away the portion where the screws are. So I guess it's your choice whether to do that.
