Headlining Change

has any1 attempted to change the head lining trim in a 406,
i want to get all my 406s interior black, all thats left really is the head lining
how is it held up there upside down

Not yet, but it's on my to-do list. Going to do the same as you and turn it black. Already covered all the pillar covers in black leatherette vinyl, will then need to look at spraying up all the plastic bits and bobs (i.e. light fittings, grab handles, etc) to match.
Did it on a 405 once and it was a bit of a b!tch to do, but not too bad. I reckon it could be removed, and put back in, in about 1-2 hours.

well i changed the whole interior including carpet the other day in my mates 406 so im also willing to do it when i find a black one of course
if any1 is planning on changing a carpet soon be warned its a nightmare, especially under the center console,

also does any1 know if a D9 head lining will fit into a D8
