Rear upper suspension arm replacements

Post by wolfiesmith »

Hi all, my first post. I have just found the hard way that the rear suspension upper arm on the driver side has rusted through:

I cannot find replacements anywhere, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Local breaker's yard / ebay / someone breaking one on here.
Or be brave & try your local main steelers, it is just a simple bent tube with a bush at each end

Do you know what is is called, the official name for the part? I cannot find this online, it's item 1 on here:

I've looked on the usual suspects and each time I put upper wishbone/upper suspension arm I get track rod ends, not the tube.

Cheers for the reply.
