Not sure, Motoquip used to be (or still are) a big Ford supplier?

If it helps I've been using 'TRW' discs and pads on two cars for the last 2 years and have no complaints at all, the disc hubs and edges are coated in 'special' black paint which is smart and the pads are very quiet and work well in all temperatures.

Motaquip were originally Rootes group OEM, latterly Chrysler then Peugeot when Chrysler sold their interest to Peugeot, hence why Peugeot built cars in Britain.

Motaquip was established by PSA in 1981.
