7.5 x 18 is a big old wheel but will fit the important thing is this, P.C.D 4x108 & an offset (et) of max 20mm
Std 406 is 18mm & min 12mm (Std coupe).
People have run up to 40mm but you would need to check clearance on everything & it looks cap (wheels to far in) :cheesy:
It can really upset the handling, you should also think about the unsprung weight affect on the handling.
Some of the cheep aftermarket wheels can be quite heavy compared to Std this can also upset the handling :roll: .
I suppose it's looks vs how you drive the car, not to mention tyres in that size will be pricey :(

Subject to correct PCD and offset as DDD has covered they will be a good choice for overall diameter as very similar to standard sizes such as 205/60x16 or 195/65x15. Thus no effect on speed or economy and speedo should read correctly.
