Hi all I was gonna change the wishbones on mine but i've noticed by the looks of it that the balljoint seems as if it hangs down from the strut. Is this right & what they like to change as i'm thinking of changing the lot. Any ideas plz

The balljoint is screwed up into the bottom of the strut,i've never done them but if I remember right there are 2 different thread types (for early and late cars),I think you need a special tool to undo them.I can remember seeing a utube vid somewhere of a chap doing them on a citroen I think which might be helpful.

It's a little under £20 for the tool to do it. A might buy the tool & 2 balls joints& see how I go tbh. I watched the guy in red overalls & a silver 406 with the scaffolding pole extension looks fun not
