MOT is due soon for my D9 HDI (110) Exec.

Just been going round it with checklist, and notcied there were no pedal rubbers for clutch and brake.

Been driving it fine for 5 months, and never noticed.

Just to be certain.., they did actually come with pedal rubbers in the first place..?

And I do need them for the MOT ?

yup.

if the brake pedal one is missing /torn or incomplete, its a mot fail, normaly,

idont think they bother much about the clutch one , (depending on what mood the tester is in iguess,)

Mot check list :arrowd:

BRAKES

Inside the car
Anti-lock braking system (if fitted) Warning lamp is checked for:
• Function.
• Sequence of operation. Footbrake
• Reserve travel on the footbrake so that it does not go down to the floor
