How to adjust handbrake cable?

ive looked at the how to guide but i cant see the adjuster nut to the right of my lever, theres nothing there

That ones shows the adjuster at the top type handbrake lever, I'm not exactly where the adjuster for the other type is, or even if it has one - I seem to remember Teamster's 406 didn't. Service Box shows something it calls a "washer nut" there, not sure if this qualifies as an adjuster

also i dont think i can get to the adjuster as its under the heatshield under the car, ive got the rear caliper off ready to take the disc off but it wont budge as the shoes are jammed need to get disc off to fix it so can use the car asap

Can you get to the adjusters inside the brakes to back them off?

reason i needed to do all this was cos my wheel was locked from the shoes jamming, but the car can move now without locking so im able to drive it down the road to my mechanic, ive had enough of fiddling with it myself lol, and arent the caliper bolts a bastard to put back in! lol
