Droaning/wheel tread sound while driving
and it slows down as car slows down, can only describe it as if your spinning a bicycle wheel off the ground and then touch it with your hand or something, the sound gets slower as wheel gets slower, any ideas?

A failed belt perhaps? Or maybe an arch liner's fallen off at is rubbing on the tyre? Get the offending corner up in the air and spin it - all will (hopefully) become clear.

Failing that try swapping it for the spare - I've had a couple of mishapen rear tyres that giave similar symptoms.

Can be a fault in one of the tires. Can give that sound.
