The horizontal bar that goes all through the rear (if so I think you could clean it bt I see no reason why it would cause knocking)? Or the toplinks or the droplinks? Many stiff there could be called "anti roll something"!
Servicebox part number?

well it wouldnt cause knocking because its corroded. i think wen it becomes warmer i will take it off and clean it and hammerite it. advisory was the bar itself was corroded .

it would cause knocking if the bushes that hold it in place are worn or the rear plastic droplinks. and with the bar being corroded im guessing the bushes are gone.

Curious, it hadn't struck me as something that could cause a problem in this respect, maybe they are being overzealous. If you have to remove it, it can be a pain in the arse. The nuts to remove the bushes to let the bar out will be seized good and proper, and great care a time will need to be spent removing them without buggering them. The bolt on the driver’s side requires you to undo the fuel tank down pipe. I managed to break the head off this one, requiring me to get a garage to drill it out and retap it for me :(
