Hi, is it that the caliper doesn't want to move along the guide bolt?
I had something like this on one of mine, this is how I unseized it:
1) I carefully applied some WD40 or similar to the sliding-bolt, made & drank a cuppa.
2) I put a large-socket over one end of the sliding-bolt, it was large enough to "cup" the end of the bolt and touch the caliper without touching the bolt.
3) I put a large G-Clamp on, so that one end of the clamp was pressing on the sliding-bolt, the other was using the large-socket as an extender to cup-around the other end of the sliding bolt and thus apply the pressure to the caliper (instead of the sliding bolt).
4) I was able to work the caliper along the bolt by a few mm until the bolt was effectively pushed to the limit of the clearance provided by the "cupping" large socket.
5) I reversed the side that the socket was cupping and worked the slid-bolt/caliper the otherway.
6) I repeated 4&5 several times, then cleaned & lubed everything up. Flew through the MOT on brakes.
NB: I did break one of my G-clamps when I failed to realise that I'd reached the limit of the clearance provided by the cupping-socket
