ABS Reluctor Ring Size

After shelling out to get the dents out of the car, the ABS FAULT has come back again, but this time I know it isn't just a sensor. Pretty sure the reluctor rings have proper gone as when the warning light is out, the ABS is kicking in everytime I come to a stop & when the fault message & lights come up, it stops normally.

Have found a local specialist, but he didn't know that the reluctor rings could be bought separately, so he's said that he'll fit them if I can get them. Need them for Tuesday morning, but don't know what size to get.

Have found these on Ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PEUGEOT-306-C ... 2313e8d566

But can't find anything for Peugeot 406. Or I could go here: http://www.reluctorrings.com/index.php

But they show 7 different types.

Does anybody know what size they are for an HDi 110? Or failing that, what is the part that comes from Peugeot that would normally be bought to replace them?

Are they just cracked allowing them to slide about? If so just slide it out the way, clean with emmery paper and araldite them back in place. Worked wonders on mine.

Decided against taking the risk - have now ordered 2 new driveshafts from Eurocarparts.com. The same guy is doing me quite a good deal on the work for me & I figure that if one ring has gone, the other one is probably not far off.

Can't sell the car without fixing the problem & after the dent man fixed the doors, I'm a lot happier with it, so I've now bought:

2 new driveshafts
2L Gearbox oil
2 CV boot kits
2 Front brake discs
Front brake pads

£300 worth of stuff, but use the code CRAZY25 & there's a 25% discount, so got it for £220.

Funnily enough Puggy, I found that after my first post. Sent him a message & he said there were 3 types, only 2 of which that he could get, but decided to go with the driveshafts as I can't really wait until the guy has taken it apart to measure them, then order them, wait 3 days for them & get it put back together. Did contemplate getting a set of each size, but decided to take advantage of Eurocarparts 25% discount & get the job done properly.
