NEW TOP LINKS

I started to get a knocking noise on the back of the 406. Had a quick look and it turns out the top link on the drivers side is going. The wheel moves from 9o'clock to 3 o'clock and you can see some movement in the bush. This set has only lasted 14000 miles not even a year so this time i've gone for a dearer set of top links hoping that they will last a bit longer The last lot were off ebay so i don't think i'll be buying off there again must be made in china = poor quality control.
I think the dirt track i drive up and down 4 times a day has destroyed most of my suspension over the last two years . At least this job won't be too bad as i greased the last set up with copaslip when i fitted them. I also have a spare set of nuts and bolts that i took off another 406 in the breakers just in case. I'll let you know how i get on. Having a go at this on monday. Soaking all the bolts tommorow night.
