Cheapest Tyres

Hi all

anyone know where i can get dirt cheap tyres the reason i ask is my car got hit few weeks back i have repared the dent but direct line may write the car off however i still need 2 tyres for the mot

Most towns have places that sell part-worns (like breakers yards) but you'd need a good look at them first. I've done it in the past when I was stuck for cash but do so with caution.

stay away from re-moulds,

any good garage should have decent part worn tyres, or check ebay for places in your area

No i wouldnt get remoulds though i havent seen them for many years would be better if direct line write it off i buy it back then use the cash to all the tyres but i dont think i will get much from the claim.

Be careful that your tyres are in good condition before the Insurance company engineer sees the car, if they aren't they could use this as a reason to refuse the claim.

I didn't think you could get remoulds any more (good job too if it's true).
