Peugeot 406 R reg Petrol Speedo Instrumental Panel

Hi there
I have an Peugeot 406 R reg Petrol Speedo Instrumental Panel.
I need some help indentifying the ZENER DIODE, please see attached picture, at the bottom of the blue socket, can someone identify please which one i need?
Also i am looking for a replacement Instrumental Panel. I have tried on the internet, even Ebay but can not find one? Any suggestions please?? Second hand, i dont mind.
The Instrumental Panel works apart from the speedo light and the rec counter etc.. I have replaced the bulbs but still dont work, all i could identify that the ZENER DIODE does not work as i have tested it, the others work fine but this one does not, so i think that is casuing the problem, for the speedo light does not work.
Any suggestions would be really good
