A rare 406 shitter, very rare :?

I paid £3,395.00 for my HDi in Jan 2006 and another £2,000.00 in repairs. Sold it for £1,100.00. Cost me £1,400.00 per year excluding running costs or servicing.

Kinda know how you feel right now where anything and everything else looks very tempting.

Do not dissapear though, nice having you here

From what I hear of other cars that's not going to be easy :( (bring back points, carbs and wind-your-own windows...)

I'm surprised at the car being such a turd, sounds like total neglect by the previous owners :frown:

You can't go far wrong with an old Honda Civic, N/P reg - £400, lively 1.6 engine, tidy handling and 30+ mpg

SOHC 8v VTEC! I always forgot, with it been single, is it VTEC on the intake or exhaust side?

Im looking for another car, as good as the 406 is on fuel... im so bored of nothing any fun when driving and narror power band.

I had an imported Integra XSi (very rare) until about 2005 and that had the B16a engine - 1.6 16valve VTEC with 158bhp and a LSD 8)

Don't know how an 8-valve vtec works :?

Thanks for the recomendations gentlemen.
However, i fear a return to what i know best.

Been offered a crusty but solid 360 GLT (volvo flavoured).
Think of Stuntman Mikes Nova from Death Proof.........................
............................................
Now imagine if someone tried to copy that car, badly, using only a tin of black hammerite, some AC/DC stickers and their own imagination.

bad fuel economy, little power (considering its a 2 litre), and more scabs than a leper in full bloom.

If it comes off, i'll post pics to cheer you all up. :cheesy:

My son has become a Volvo fan since he's been working at the Volvo dealers, god knows what he'd make of a 360.....OMG

He has good taste 8)

I came home last night to a letter from my local Volvo dealer reminding me that my car is due a service at the end of April and would I like them to collect it from my work again? or, I could wait in there 'Lounge' and use the free internet, drink coffee, watch tv etc. or, I could nip down the road and have free use of the David lloyd? health place for the day courstey of Volvo.

Now it's gonna cost a bit (maybe £150.00, it's only an oil service this time and some 'checks') but I don't feel like breaking it's FDSH in the book - these things are important when I come to sell it :|
