Wing Mirrors changing Coloured bit

Someone kicked my driver's wing mirror I have a replacement, ebay, but thought I could change the colour coded bit any one know how to get it off.

Adjust the glass all the way to the top. You will then see two 'pins' pointing out at the bottom. Get a screwdriver and push the pins back, they should come loose from doing that.
The glass needs to be plugged out and you can remove the motor with torx screwdriver. Then prise out the tabs where the mirror is clicked in. Its a tough job. Requires patience
