Spray loads of wd40 in mate,
ive found wd40 seems to dry up and disapears pretty quickly.
so ispray a good quarter of a tin in a iffy lock, good to have a Rag handy tho as ican run down the side of the door,
ive been using Maintance spray from the Quid shops on My citreons stiff locks and it seems to last longer than wd40 that stuff altho its cheap seems to be a thinned out 3in1 oil,
Another point to note,
the D9s im not sure of the D8s. have a Anti tamper feature within the lock,
if someone trys to open the lock with the key or with a differnt key the wrong way, the Barrel will just keep Rotating,
ihad to keep turning the key to the left on my old 406 until the lock wouid work, major pain but atleat it prevents the locks being Razled by theives,

Maybe something thicker like canned copper grease? You can get it from halfrauds with a straw like WD40.
I think limitum moly grease would be better again but I don't know if you can get it in a can. Unless you cover the key in it, put it in, have a play, out again, cover it in grease again etc etc.

You can get lithium grease in spray can form - not sure if that's different to lithium "moly" grease?
I'm having the same problem with my locks, will try out the lithium stuff I have.
