Hello dear 406 users. I became a member because I could not find a solution on the Citroen pages. I had xsara 2.0 hdi 90 hp hybrid turbo fitted to the owner's vehicle. However, the vehicle does not have a map sensor. I can't depressurize with software. How can I turn on pressure

what do you mean I can't depressurize

what make boost ? what turbo you fitted

Peugeot and Citroen use vacuum to actuate the solenoids to open/close the wastegate, egr etc.

The 90bhp models have mechanical opening turbos, whereas the 110bhp uses the ECU to read certain parameters before opening or closing the wastegate.

I'm not sure how to get the hybrid system to work, but on my Volvo I fitted a manual boost controller, and a boost gauge to monitor what was happening - but the Volvo uses boost, not vacuum......

Unless there is a manual vacuum controller available?

have you a pic of the turbo . you can run actuator pressure or you want to up the pressure
