New here.

Post by caprixpack »

Hi, new here. I've just picked up a 406 that I've sort of inherited and this will be my first time dabbling with Peugeot. I'm usually drawn to old fords and vag stuff.

Hi, welcome :cheesy:
I've said before that the 406 is a great car, much underrated and it's not until you have one you realise how good they are.
Maybe not as cool as an old ford ( I would love a MK3 Cortina ) and not as trendy as some of the vag stuff, but as a day to day it's ideal.
What have you got planned for your 406?
2003 2.2hdi estate - mine
1998 Volvo 940 auto estate - also mine
2019 Citroen C3 something - the wife's

I'm not sure what I've got planned for it really, most likely get it up to a decent standard. It's a bit rough and some stuff doesn't work, needs some trim and a good all round deep clean. Oh and for a 110 it does seem slow and doesn't want to be rushed. Maybe it's because it's been sat for 4 years.
