Thanks for the replies guys, rwb, sounds like you had a great car.. Hope mine will be as good to me!
So... Finally picked the old girl up! (hate dealers,.. they hadn't done an oil change as promised and the door sill seal/clips needed replacing, wasn't done either and to top it off the central locking isn't working via the drivers side and they would have known about that too but didn't say anything!) so a few bits to sort out but I've got service stuff now and planning cambelt change as soon as.. I'll have a few questions along the way I'm sure, just hope nothing else crops up at the mo!
I can't add the pics at the moment on my phone but will do.. :D

What happened - well, I can see what happened ( was it a deer? ) but most importantly are you okay? Looks kinda nasty...

So.. I was on my way to drop the car over to my mechanic, minutes from home and leaving my village when 4 horses ran straight out in front of me, I didn't even have a second to react  at least one went over the car, couldn't believe it smashed the back up as well, couldn't really believe it didn't come through the windscreen.
But the airbags went off obviously and I got out and walked away without a mark.
A smaller car would have had a different ending I'm sure. So pi..ed off about the car but need to thank my lucky stars I guess.
