well i have come back into the world of the 406 with a 2.2 hdi se coupe. in need of some work but im looking forward to it. so just thought i would say hello from manchester :)

need to do the following

sort out brake issue (im sure a pipe has split over the fuel tank)
sort out the missing head light washer (part ordered)
find wheels that suit it (and its been lowered 30mm)
fit hid's

then the rest will come to me

im just not the biggest of fans, i did the same with my old one. used the tires up and then found new wheels, how ever this has new rubber all round so i may look at selling these ones on

but my old coupe

Are those 16's on it now?
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

All diesel Coupes had 16" wheels from the factory, either Nautilus or Hoggars :)

brake pipe split, cruise control brake switch and shoe spring clips reaced. i now have working brakes.
along with new mot i can start with the playing..

first one was the fuel flap not opening...

found an old spring of a quick release skewer (hold on pedal bike wheel)

5 minutes later. i have working fuel cap. didnt work on the top screw as it just wasnt long enough. so fit to the lower one.

also booked in for new tow bar to be fitted on wednesday
have hid kit to fit
car pc to install
