Morning

Post by blzeebub »

Morning All,

Firstly, hello! Ive been lurking for quite a while now but thought its time to register as ive just bought a 2.2 HDi SE off a mate and have some queries that i could do with some help on.

As they are a mix of FAP, Stereo, General and a couple of diagnostic codes is it best to ask the first list here or start threads in the various sections?

Cheers

Greetings and congratulations on your very sensible purchase. Before you ask your questions, give the search box a go, it works very well on this site.
And the main man for your superb 2.2 is Doggslife, who has done various interesting things to his 2.2. Particulary de fapping it.

Ill make sure i search first and then make a muppet of myself shortly afterwards!

A quick one for starters as i cant see an answer on the search.... Ive registered with Service Box and had a quck run round to see what there is for free. Is it possible to get a full spec list from the VIN number under the free stuff or is that a pay for option. The reason i ask is that it will probably answer a few of my queries if i had the spec list.

Cheers

Feel free to ask about anything.

There's also some good 'HowTo's' in the Knowledge Base, (which include a few of mine and others from people who know what they're talking about).

2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
