Embedding youtube videos?

Can I embed youtube videos in my posts on this forum? I've tried a few techniques but nothing has worked for me.

I'm pretty sure you can't.
1996 406 1.8LX Got a bad case of hydro lock!
1996 406 Executive 2.0 Turbo XU10J2TE No longer hangin' on in there :(

2003 Volvo V40 1.8 GDi SE killed by a nutter in a beemer 5 series

It is possible for it to be done but requires a bit of admin work from the guys on here. They would then create a [ youtube ] [ /youtube] tag to use

No worries, I'd played about with a few diff tags, just wondered if I'd missed something :)

This is now working, I have just setup the new bbcode.
Usage: [youtube.]VideoID[/youtube.] (Remove the full stop!)
If you take a look at the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9XQm4gKEaw the video id is everything after v=
