There's no chance of the interior staying clean with two youngsters in the back!

you must have black leather, i had my young cousins a few times in the back, now ive learnt to cover the backs of the seats with blankets to keep the muck away. But it would have been a disaster on cream fabric seats.

A fortnight ago, and it was just as mucky within a few days

I don't do the interior very often, but there's normally only me in it so it doesn't get bad.

The insides of the windows need doing though -- I can see they've got greasy.

Since I bought the Coupe I've never washed her. The weather has been crap persistently and the snow is back this week with a vengeance.

Pissed off about it because she looks fantastic when she's clean (the last owners thoughtfully had her valeted before I picked her up - not just for the test drive - that's a nice touch!)

Last Saturday, after fixing the burst pipe in the garage then thawing out the 30mtr hose pipe in a wheelie bin with 30 ltrs of hot water

I then used the snow foam to drag the salt/dirt off.......jet washed that off....then warm soapy wash with Zymol and an MF 'Noodle Mitt' ....washing each panel at a time and dragging the mitt over my grit guarded bucket system 8)

Looked great.......for 2 days :(

From the way that is phrased it doesn't sound like you go out there with the sponge & bucket each week.

The amount of crap and filth on our roads is ridiculous. The Coupe looks *filthy* right now, and I guarantee if I take her past the Shell garage this evening and hose all the crap off've her, she'll look *filthy* again by the time I get her home.

Also: I'm furious with our housing association as they haven't bothered clearing the mountains of snow out of the carport. I had to push two cars yesterday to help them get parked. Some lassie's Golf had its engine undertray mangled and half-ripped off on the ice. Ridiculous and disgraceful.

I only washed the lights, number plates, and the windows. Just the bare essentials no point in doing anything else. I think the saloon looks good with a bit of dirt on it, quite agricultural looking, it can sit parked between the two tractors no problem except they are cleaner than it. :cheesy:
