Which ever is cheapest!
I dont much care,my car runs fine on Esso,Tesco,Sainsbury's whatever.I dont however use the higher ron stuff much.I ran two conescutive tanks of it and it made her use oil.
Had it 4 years, never used a drop, one tank of 99 I topped it up once.Just to be sure I used another tank and sure enough had to top the oil up again.Never used it since, never topped the oil up since!
Must have made it run hotter maybe.

I sometimes drive the tankers that deliver the diesel to fuel stations. It all comes from the same tanks at a big tank farm at Avonmouth.

Oh yes, I'm quite mad and would love to buy a second-hand electric car in need of a complete set of batteries (are they AAs or AAAs? )

Re: What brand of fuel do you use?
Well, that would kind of defeat the object - they're meant to be recharged a few times on cheaper environmentally friendly electricity (that's as environmentally friend as a nuclear power station gets anyway).
I still can't help thinking the batteries will cost much more than the value of the car to replace, effectively writing them off.
