car vibrates when going over bumps

how somebody can help, i have a 1996 diesel 406 the car judders and vibrates everytime i go over a bump or even a crack in the road,if i put the clutch out the vibrating doesnt stop,i feel it through the floor the clutch pedal and the brake pedal but not the accelerator,any help would be much appreciated

Could be a lot of things but maybe engine/gearbox mounts worn, suspension joints worn or even worn shock absorbers.

It could be shocks, wheels bouncing up and down on undamped springs. Should be easy enough to check, push down on a corner, the car should come up perhaps a little over its rest position and settle.

ive checked the engine mounts and they seem fine,checked the suspension and that also appears tobe ok,its as if something is rubbing or knocking gently,the vibrations decrease and increase with speed :?

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=9278 top engine mount ,open ya bonnet and rev the engine to about 2000 rpmand let it off rapid and rev agan whilst looking at that mount in the photo <<<<<
