hi would like some help i've been driving my 405 td 1.9 for 4 years and it go's like a rocket .i got a 406 1.9 td 1996 p reg to up grade but is very slow compared to the 405 .im sure i can hear the turbo any help would be appreciated.

the 406 is much heavier than the 405, and also has slightly less power, due a load of emissions bolloxs, the most common thing that can cause a major power loss is either a throttle linkage problem or the rubber pipe on the boost compensator on the fuel pump pops off the intercooler hose

THANKS FOR THAT CHECKED IT ITS OK THINK I'LL GO BACK TO MY 405 AS I STILL HAVE IT.THANKS KEITH
