My 110 Hdi is coming up to 207,000 miles, it averaged 67.3 mpg coming back from Scotland a few weeks ago.

180,000 yesterday, 77,000 of them mine. :supafrisk:

Lost count of the number of cars I've had, but I reckon this has been about the best. 8)
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)

2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

Looking forward to reaching 222222 kilometers next week :cheesy:
Must remember to zero the counter at 222000 so that I get

Had a busy week. And with a good 6 litres to spare. (For the record: that's 61 mpg by brim-to-brim.)

and 103k of those are mine

This my 4th car and is by far the best I've had. Unfortunately the outside is a bit shabby, and Siemens HDi 90 is probably the worst of the diesel engines.

I think it went:
to work twice,
to Prescott, round the track twice, and back (I throw it round some of the roundabouts in Basingstoke harder than I did on that track :supafrisk: it's the only way you can get round without having to stop at the bastard lights)
Birmingham and back, Reading and back, Birmingham and back again and some driving about while there, and a final commute.

It might get another 600 miles next week.

2.0 HDI 305.000 miles... :)

But but.. Something is wrong, car still runs good, but I suspect the headgasket of failure.

Ticked over 215k miles on the way to work this morning. 100 miles per day commuting at the moment :)

Need to book it in for clutch, driveshaft/gearbox input seals and engine mount, as well as a short service.
