can anyone help me out on my car, i've got this problem it doesn't start up.

i brought a guy out to check with his computer and following error was shown on the computer.

Phase sensor or circuit open circuit to ground or battery (Error code (0340/0190)

please help.

0190 make as a rail pressure sensor circuit malfunction and 0340 as camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction, both will cause non start, you need to get a occiloscope to test the cam angle sensor
though as you have a rail pressure sensor fault then the high pressure pump may have faied
