Hi mick and welcome :D was going to suggest the rear engine mount but you done that
but reading on here i believe all the mounts are suspect known to be weak

Is it at certain speeds or at certain revs?

Well, I thought rear engine mount :| My rear mount is shot and I will get vibration when the car crests a hill and goes light.

Other sources of vibration can be the Dual Mass Flywheel, if it gets worse it will eventually 'catch' on the bell housing as it rotates :shock: the flywheel gets worn and goes out of balance. You can sometimes feel it on tickover, like it's miss-firing.

There are the obvious things like wheels (but I'm sure you've checked this).

A really big one is the differential bearings! this will show itself as heavy vibration but only under acceleration, it will cease as soon as you lift off. This problem is extremely rare though and will only normally happen at 250,000 miles ish.
