Fuel filter "bracket" + leaking windscreen washer reservoir

Hi all,

Two issues that have recently cropped up on my 1997 406 estate 2.0 turbo petrol:

1. The fuel filter "bracket" (just in front of the rear wheel, near the sill) seems to have disintegrated. I've found a few small pieces of plastic with a wavy pattern to them but I'm struggling to find any info online (or from my Haynes manual) to see what exactly I've lost. Most of the info online is for HDis. Any ideas?

2. I've noticed a fast leak from the windscreen washer reservoir coming out just in front of the right hand front wheel when the reservoir is topped up to nearly full. I think it might be coming from where the black plastic filler neck meets the white plastic reservoir but it's hard to tell. Anyone seen this before?
