Turbo lagging

Hi all right I have a big issue and not sure where to start I have a 406 2.0 hdi 110 estate 02, whilst parking up pulled the handbrake the a few seconds after heard a loud pop from around the tunnel and the next day i had more turbo lag than ever and whiteish smoke under acceleration , which gets worse the longer i drive any ideas ?
iv been underneath and found no hoses damaged also noticed a slightly crimped oil hose at the rear of the sump. I've checked the pressure on my intercooler but once the revs go up theres a boost of pressure and it falls off really quick with the revs still high is that normal ? Cheers all

Check all the vacuum hoses for a start but I suspect the white smoke maybe oil which could mean the turbo seals are failing.

Cheers I have been under the car and no sign of leaks I'm wondering if the slightly crimped pipe is an oil pipe to my turbo if so reducing lubrication to my turbo any idea if it's a high pressure line.

Oil is blue smoke,
White smoke is unburnt diesel or water in the diesel.
