What effects can I see and feel if the engine elastic mouning to the gearbox is in bad state? It is OEM code 1827 16 or #23 from picture. I guess the problem is in #32 but don't know what is the role of #23.

23 supports the engine/gearbox combo vertically, I have never had any problems with that mounting failing.
Problem one is mainly 32 with an occasional issue with 12. If these 2 [32/12] mountings are worn, you get the bottom of the engine moving back and forward under acceleration/de acceleration with a thump/clunk.

#12 looks very small. Is it so important and frequently worn? I feel slight vibrations on steering wheel and sometimes they become stronger when I slow down the speed and the road slopes up/down. Not sure it can be described as thump/clunk.

No 32 fails the most commonly,
No 7 then starts to fail.
No's 21 & 23 collapse cursing more serious problems
No 23 the gearbox support fails quite often too.
But we are talking 125k + & fifteen years +
But your subframe bushes will be past there best by now

Yes, forgot about 7, have replaced those, couple in 406's and had to replace them in both my 407's. Have had to replace 32 in all my 406's and 407's. 12 will go if 32 is badly worn and clunking around, just pays to check it is ok when doing 32.

One additional effect which I forgot - I feel small vibration on break-pedal when the car is not moving. Can it come from worn #32 / #12.

there's no real physical connection between the pedal cluster and the engine (apart from a cable and a hose) so I can only think it's sympathetic vibrations from something else - is your engine misfiring?

Again for #12 - is it difficult to replace? The technician in local service said that #32 is not easy for change - requires dismount of several parts around it. If #12 is easily accessible I can take the risk (of unnecessary replacement) to replace it together with #32.

12 is straight forward to replace, you have to remove this in it's mount to do 32
32 can be done on the car but it's easier to do off.
Have a look through my post's & you'll find some pictures of it being changed in situ.
Go to engine, clutch & gearbox section page 5 under lower engine mount / steady.
