My only left solution, it will be to open the entire engine, and see if something it is broken in it, but I thnik I will do that on the autumn...

To check for oil leak, you might do a less intruding analysis with an endoscope (small camera with a light in it on a flexible stick) to look inside the chambers when the engine is cold and has not run for a while.

From my experience your problem appears to be a classic glow plug fault or an injector issue.

The injectors you fitted were second hand, how do you know they are working perfectly?

Yes, the injectors were second hand, but before putting them on the car, they we're tested on a special bench... I actually had tested 7 in order get 3 fully functional... most of them had values to high on the backflow circuit.

And I also replaced the glow plugs, and the glow plugs realy. What I can tell for sure, is that if I disconnect the coolant temp sensor, car starts almost good but still with a huge cloud of smoke.

Guess who's back?! Unfortunately with the same old problem. Last week I found the I haven't checked 2 sensors... the pressure on the common rail (code: 5WS40006) and there is also one more sensor ( code: 96356 92580 ), from my understadning this is for the diesel temperature.... anyway, I replace them with another ones from an engine just like mine wich has worked fine ( before going at parts dismantling) and the same poor starting.

I think I will buy one bottle of gasoline and I will set the car on fire!
