think my hdi 90 is done

Was out with the family yesterday when my car started acting strangly engine started really sounding funny so I pulled over popped the bonnet and had a listed I get smoke from engine bay and I can hear what sounds like the combustion chamber in cylinder 1 also sounds like bottom end but I still have full power and it got me the 50 miles home with no issues temp didn't climb no oil loss just horrid noises
