Violent engine rattle

Any advice on this would be helpful.

1.
When moving off I have to be very care with the clutch, the engine rattles hard, sounds like it wants to pop out of the car. At times I have to ride the clutch until the car gets rolling. Could this be a mount issue or bad clutch?

2.
There is also a bad oil leak coming from between the engine and transmission
