Greetings all.

Currently i am building a 306 with the XU10J2TE Engine. My engine has come from a Citroen Xantia Activa, I know this engine is also used in the 406 SRI. Can anybody give me some tips on tuning please, the engine is currently running 15PSI of boost and is producing around 170bhp, i want to get it over 200bhp. I was looking at using a nissan 200sx turbo, some 440cc fuel injectors uprated fuel pressure regulator and an ecu re-map. I have heard though you can achieve the 200 mark with the stock turbo. I have come on this forum as there are more people on here who have experience with this engine.

I think your best bet may be to try and contact Niz406 on here, he doesn't post much now but I'm sure if you found his profile you could maybe PM or e-mail him. There's not really anyone on here into tuning petrols but Niz was and may still have spares etc.

If anybody has any pictures of the Nissan 200sx turbo fitted to the XU10J2TE and can post them here for me i would be most greatful.

My only concern is that if its much bigger than the standard turbo i am going to have clearence issues with my 306 as it is quite a tight fit already.

Might just be a case of 'gently' massarging the bulkhead

Is there any more infomation out there on what turbo upgrade can be put on the XU10J2TE engine?
